The central part of this concept is that a spokesperson, in a clear, trustworthy, and personal way, will be able to convey an important message.

The format is scalable, ranging from a basic level with limited time to more elaborate versions. All the films share common graphics and imagery. As time goes on, viewers will recognize the films, and H&M will have created their own communication channel in video format.
